eastern standard time. Orders placed by telephone have a longer
processing time, and usually ship the next business day.

Any free shipping offers are for U.S. orders and are shipped by
our choice of carrier and service level.

SECURITY POLICY: This
web site uses credit card processing by PayPal which is PCI
compliant. Our company has established security standards to
protect the private information of all customers. Those
procedures include anti-virus software, firewalls, secure
systems and applications, and restricted access to data.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We offer several secure payment options. We
accept all major credit cards, PayPal, invoicing for
pre-approved accounts, and our "we call" service, where we call
you for the credit card info, and payment by money order.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you are dissatisfied with blank label products you have purchased from us (custom run labels are not returnable), return the unused portion to us within 30 days for replacement or prompt refund, your choice. 15% restock fee on returned labels, 20% restock fee on cases received in saleable condition. We do not refund shipping costs on returned items.
We have the industry standard $2 minimum handling fee on all
orders, which covers packaging materials and labor. This is
automatically included in shipping estimates you receive on
this site.
If there is a special request to ship on the customer's UPS or FedEx account, the handling fee is $3.95
In event of a return or exchange of an item originally ordered
on a free shipping promotion, our original shipping costs will
be deducted from the refund.
